The etiquette around using photos is don’t use photos which aren’t licensed to use, or without seeking the permission of the creator.
You can photos for your social media graphics, including videos, animations, presentations, brochures, flyers, invitations, and backgrounds that are ‘mostly’ free-to-use.
Some websites allow you to use their photos often under Creative Commons Zero licensing. Sometimes photographers do ask for photo credit, and other photos have certain requirements for usage so check each one before creating the graphics you need.

Disabled And Here - a wonderful collection for disabled BIPOC. This collection features interviews with each model.
Salam Stock - photos trying to depict modern Muslim life. Their collection includes free and paid plans.
