Interested in how to do something (or anything?) wikiHow: How-to instructions you can trust. (This is a very basic site, you can check elsewhere for information on something specific are looking for. Or if it is technical/DIY pop into a store/place to receive help.

Let’s start by exploring what you are already interested in. Learn how to search for sites and information on the internet. Then you can decide if you want to use an app, join a website, take a course, watch an instructional video, or find ways to learn more.
Once you feel more confident, you can share your own knowledge? Or take part in events? Or attend a course, meeting, talk? Or take part in a group project? Or volunteer? All of this is up to you.
You can join platforms like Instagram (and see photos all over the world), use Pinterest (and save pins onto boards), Tweet (on Twitter), write blog posts, or use any other site to pursue your interests and curiosity.
